Lit Soc Records is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sellers & Newel Second Hand Books. Since June, 2015, Sellers & Newel has hosted over 600 shows in its tiny storefront, right in the heart of Toronto's Little Italy. 

Lit Soc Records came into being in 2025, when owner Peter Sellers decided to put the store's singular acoustics to work by recording some of Toronto's most talented musicians.
